India Rejects Court Of Arbitration’s Award On Indus Waters Treaty

India on Monday rejected the Court of Arbitration’s (PCA) order setting aside its decision to suspend the Indus Waters Treaty with Pakistan, saying it had never recognised the existence of the “illegally constituted” court in The Hague.
